At Fern the Label, we are committed to creating jewelry you'll love and feel confident wearing. If your order isn't quite right, we're happy to help find a solution.
Regular Jewelry (Clasp Jewelry)
We accept returns on eligible regular jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in their original condition

Returned with the original packaging

Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear
Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
Need a different style or changed your mind?
We happily offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible regular jewelry.
This allows you to choose another piece you'll truly enjoy while helping us maintain the quality of every item we sell.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.
If your item arrives damaged or you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
If approved, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item at no additional cost.
Complimentary Repairs
If your jewelry experiences normal issues such as a loose jump ring, clasp, or other repair that falls within our craftsmanship standards, we'll gladly help.
Simply contact us with photos, and we'll guide you through the repair process.
Permanent Jewelry
Permanent Jewelry is custom measured, fitted, and welded specifically for each customer.
Because every piece is personalized, Permanent Jewelry is non-refundable.
However, your satisfaction is important to us.
We are happy to offer:

Exchanges if there is a craftsmanship issue

Complimentary rewelding if your chain comes off

A 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty covering manufacturing defects
The warranty does not cover:

Lost jewelry

Stretched or damaged chains caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care

Normal wear over time

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled.
