Thank you for shopping with Fern the Label. We are committed to carefully packaging every order and getting it to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During collection launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
If you do not receive your tracking information within a few business days after placing your order, please contact us at fern@fernandathelabel.com.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.
Fern the Label is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your shipping information before your order is processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.
Fern the Label is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
